TRUSTED CONCRETE CONTRACTORS FOR OVER 40 YEARS

After growing up in Wales on his family’s dairy farm and laying concrete during the school holidays, Josh achieved a first class honours degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying at Loughborough University.

Having gained over 6 years’ experience working on a variety of prestigious major civil engineering projects with technology-based engineering company Costain, Josh went on to become an RICS chartered surveyor.

 

In May 2013, Josh returned to Wales to run his family’s business, Clive Edwards Contracts Ltd, and purchased the company’s first volumetric mixer in June 2013. Since then, the company has expanded considerably and now has a fleet of these mixers to keep up with customer demand and now operates under the trading name of Concrete Wales / Concrete Cymru.

 

In his spare time, as well as working the family farm, Josh is a keen surf rower and together with his teammates from Llantwit Major Surf Life Saving Club, he regularly competes for his country in national and international competitions.
